30-Day Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return period, giving you 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Returns

During the first 14 calendar days after receiving your order, customers in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase without providing a reason.

In addition, we voluntarily extend our return period to 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

For returns requested between days 15 and 30 under our voluntary return policy, the item must be unused, unworn, and in substantially the same condition in which it was received.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product, the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility, provided this was communicated before purchase.

If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact us. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected, and remedies for non-conforming goods will be provided without additional cost where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at aitorfalq@gmail.com and include your order number and, where useful, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you about the refund.

For a valid exercise of the EU statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after we issue it.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, contact us at aitorfalq@gmail.com.

Depending on availability, the simplest option may be to return the original product and place a new order.

Sale Items

Purchasing an item at a discounted or promotional price does not remove any statutory withdrawal or consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Any additional voluntary return conditions beyond your statutory rights will be clearly communicated where applicable.

Exceptions

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including certain personalised or made-to-order products and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Any applicable exception will be clearly communicated before purchase.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Our 30-day return policy extends the time available to request a return but does not limit or replace your statutory consumer rights.

You may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
